Fresh homemade brunch

TW has school for half a day today, so I woke up and did the dishes, got the chicken soup boiling on the stove now, watching an old episode of Project Runway while planning the day's adventure.. And waiting for either TW or TH's updates.

Meanwhile I made a fresh caprese salad - buffalo mozarella with sicilian tomatos, basil from the balcony, olive oil and aged modena balsamico... Everything tastes fresh and yum! Still hungry, made a slice of toast and cut a hole from the center and cracked an egg in it, cook until soft boiled egg, top with fresh goat cheese... So yummy.
